Carl Burgin
Carl Burgin is a composer and sound artist from Los Angeles, California. Working on his MFA in Music Technology, Burgin’s current studies focus on developing methods of interaction with recycled or appropriated technologies for use in music composition. His current work is focused on using electro-magnetic relays as a means of exciting resonant bodies or materials.
Carl Burgin produces and releases music under the moniker “Sahy Uhns” and is a founder and co-owner “Proximal Records.” On Feburary 11th, he released is sophomore record “Courtship Dances.”
