Seat at the Table

DESCRIPTION :
At the table’s edge, children play, Turning the mundane into delight’s array. But as years unfurl, innocence slips away, Aging whispers softly, stealing life’s display. When do we lose our place, our seat at the table? In youth’s embrace, we were once so able, To see the world through eyes untamed, But time, like a river, carries us, unnamed. Yet amidst life’s chores, there lies a chance, To reclaim the joy, to renew the dance. With cleaning wipes, we’ll make music’s trance, And find in simplicity, our hearts enhance. For life’s a stage, where we play our part, And in each moment, we can restart. Though innocence may fade, creativity’s spark, Ignites the soul, even in the dark. So let’s embrace the child within, And let imagination’s journey begin. For at any age, we can still be free, To turn the ordinary into poetry.
