DESCRIPTION :
This sculpture is made from wrappers of items consumed by me over 5 months to show much trash each person creates in a small period of time. These items are considered ‘trash’ but are memories to me. I save tags of new clothes I buy, wrappers of candies I get as gifts but also I save food packets, single use bottles, milk cartons in an effort to reduce my own waste. I complete the installation by playing around with light to create shadows.
